PdfTranslatorAI uses the information described below to provide PDF translation, manage accounts and subscriptions, enforce page allowances, and keep the service secure.

Documents and translations

When you submit a PDF, its contents and your selected languages are sent to our PDF-processing service and the configured translation provider to produce your requested output. Do not upload material you are not permitted to share with those services. The website forwards source PDFs in memory and does not save their contents in its task database. Generated PDFs are downloaded through the website from the processing service.

The translation setting currently configured for PdfTranslatorAI uses OpenAI to translate document text.

Download access normally expires 24 hours after a task is created or completed. This is an access window, not a promise that every copy has been deleted: task records can remain in our database, and processing providers may have separate retention practices.

Account and usage information

We store your email address, a password hash if you create a password account, session records, task details such as file name and page count, and page usage. We use cookies to keep you signed in or associate guest tasks with your browser. For guest page limits, the server derives a keyed hash from your IP address instead of storing the raw address in the quota key. Network infrastructure may process IP addresses in connection and security logs.

If you use Google sign-in or One Tap, we receive your verified email address, profile name, and Google account identifier for authentication. We do not request access to your Google Drive or other Google content.

Payments and service providers

Subscriptions are handled by Stripe. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and the subscription period needed to provide your page allowance; payment-card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by this website. Hosting, network, authentication, payment, PDF-processing, and translation providers may process the data needed to perform their respective services.

Your choices

You can stop using the service and cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal. For questions about your account information, task records, or a deletion request, email [email protected].
