These terms cover your use of PdfTranslatorAI, including PDF uploads, translations, accounts, and paid page allowances.

Using the service

You must have the right to upload and process each document and to send its contents to the services used to translate it. Do not submit unlawful material or attempt to bypass usage limits or interfere with the service. Keep your account credentials secure.

Translation results

Translation accuracy and PDF layout depend on the source document, language pair, and processing provider. Formatting, formulas, tables, and reading order may change. Review important translations before relying on them; the service is not a certified translation or a substitute for professional review.

Page allowances

Guests may translate 1 page per rolling 24 hours, and free signed-in accounts may translate 3 pages per rolling 24 hours. The Plus plan includes 300 pages per monthly billing period for $25 per month; the Pro plan includes 1,000 pages per monthly billing period for $50 per month. A task is accepted only when enough pages remain. Failed submissions and worker failures release their reserved pages; user-cancelled and expired tasks can still count toward the allowance.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. The price and billing frequency are shown before checkout. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and does not erase usage already incurred. Contact us about billing issues or refund requests. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.

Availability and downloads

Some PDFs may be unsupported, and jobs can fail or be delayed by document complexity, provider limits, or service interruptions. Download access is time-limited, normally to 24 hours after the task is created or completed. Keep your own copy of any result you need.
