Are formulas and citations translated?
The translator aims to keep equations, notation, and citation markers recognizable while translating surrounding prose. Review the output for your particular paper.
Does it work with two-column journal PDFs?
Two-column papers are a primary use case. The layout is reconstructed where possible, but translated text can change line breaks and spacing.
Can I translate a scanned research paper?
Yes. OCR is part of the workflow for scanned PDFs. Clear scans generally produce better recognition than faint or skewed pages.
